The Federal Prison System

Former State Representative Jennings served in the Minnesota legislature from 1985-1992. He played a major role in some of the key legislative issues at that time including the Prairie Island nuclear power plant and welfare reform.  
He was convicted a felony in 2006 and was sentenced to four years in prison. He will speak on his view of the federal prison system.
