You're invited to join the EHS Interact Club and volunteer at Feed My Starving Children in Eagan on Tuesday, October 28th from 5:00-6:30 pm (990 Lone Oak Rd #136). This is a fantastic chance for Eagan Rotarians and the Interact Club to come together and make a positive impact, while helping those in need.

Note: Our EKSR Foundation supports this effort by providing a grant to FMSC on behalf of the Interact Club, and we're excited to see the impact of our collective efforts.

We will discuss the powers granted to the chief executive in Article II and the seven major powers the President has assumed since the office was established and a discussion of the other powers of the Executive, expressed and implied.

January 15, 2026 - The Federalist Papers: Road to Ratification and How These Papers Helped Define the Constitution
What they were and how our government was to work according to the founders. Much is known and discussed about the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, but why are the Federalist Papers often neglected, or treated as an afterthought? After all, it was these papers and their three authors who sold the new government to the people and explained how it was to work, yet they go largely ignored.

Women of Eagan Kick-Start Rotary are invited to attend our Women in Rotary event. 

Every few months we gather with the women from the Noon and After Hours Rotary clubs in Eagan to network. For this event, we are visiting Dakota Woodlands, one of our Foundation donees, located at 3430 Wescott Woodlands (Eagan) to learn more about them and their mission. We will get a tour and then move to a restaurant (tbd).

We’re highlighting the voices of Eagan’s residents, business owners, community partners, and neighbors, whose experiences and contributions shape our city every day. Together, these diverse perspectives tell Eagan’s story and guide where we’re headed. This event is a celebration of the shared sense of community that makes Eagan a place where we don’t just live, work, and play—but thrive, together.

March 19, 2026 - The Bill of Rights (Part 2): How They Came to Protect Our Civil Liberties and Government Interference in Our Personal Lives
Learn what each of the first ten amendments to Constitution, our Bill of Rights, protects. First see what significant personal rights are protected and articulated in the first three amendments, then learn what rights of the accused are protected by 4-8, and what 9 and 10 protect for the states and how they came to apply to us.

April 16, 2026 - Supreme Court from 1789 – 1986: Marshall, Taney, Warren, and Burger
In this session we will discuss what the Constitutions says about what the Supreme Court is supposed to do. How it has evolved over time. Then we will discuss famous cases and incidents of several of the Courts beginning in 1801 with The Marshall Court through the Burger Court in the 1970’s including cases from The Taney Court, The Fuller/Harlan Court, The Hughes Court vs. F.D. Roosevelt, The Warren Court and conclude with The Burger Court.
