We have reserved several spots for a Feed My Starving Children event on Thursday, October 24th from 5:00 - 6:30 PM. This is a fantastic chance for the Interact Club and Rotarians to come together and make a positive impact, while helping those in need.

Join us for our fall Street Clean Up!

The Eagan Kick-Start Rotary Club has "adopted" a street along O'Neill Dr near Viking Lakes that we clean up twice a year. 

Meet in the parking lot of Patterson Dental Companies (815 Vikings Pkwy) at 8:45am.

From about 9:00am to 10:00am we will clean up the street and then donuts and water will be provided after. 

Family and friends are welcome!

Kick-Start provides four volunteers to assist shoppers at The Open Door Pantry the first Thursdays of February, May, August, and November.

Conflict is uncomfortable for most of us - yet it is a part of every relationship we have, whether at work, at home, or with friends and extended family. Kalli works with organizations to help them address these issues of conflict, resulting in better employee engagement and productivity. 

Bryan Frandrup grew up on a farm off Highway 52 near Hampton which has been in his family for more than 150 years. His great aunts; Susie and Florence Freiermuth posed for a photo, rifles in hand, at the request of the federal officers who raided their moonshine operation on Aug. 14, 1924. The photo was printed in newspapers across the country and even in Canada.
Bryan will tell us the backstory.

Zach Zenner is a former American football running back. He attended Eagan High School and played college football at South Dakota State. Zenner signed as an undrafted free agent with the Detroit Lions in 2015. Zenner also played for the New Orleans Saints, Arizona Cardinals, and Miami Dolphins.

“Here we come a-caroling!”

Our Caroling event and Holiday Party is on December 16th. Meet at 5:45pm in the front lobby at The Commons on Marice Senior Living Community (1380 Marice Dr, Eagan). John Bergquist has agreed to accompany the singers and Carol Wirsbinski is providing the lyrics! We will also be joined by a few of our Interact friends. Wear festival holiday colors and get ready to lift the spirits of the residents.

Then afterwards, around 7:00pm, Mary Nell is hosting our Holiday Party. Even if you are not singing with us, please join us at the party. Bring a food item and a drink to share. Address: 522 Hackmore Dr, Eagan.

Erick Garcia Luna is a regional outreach director at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. His responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and reporting on several aspects of the economy of the Fed's Ninth District. Erick is a co-author of the Beige Book and has published articles on inflation, business conditions, and labor. His work has been featured in local and national media, including Marketplace and Bloomberg TV.

Prior to joining the Minneapolis Fed, Erick held a variety of roles in the U.S. Senate, the City of Minneapolis, and the University of Minnesota. His academic credentials include coursework in economics and political science from the Autonomous Metropolitan University in Mexico City, and a degree in economics from the University of Minnesota.

Rick Love is a full time artist based in Saint Pau, Minnesota, USA. He is a multidisciplinary artist and works in a range of mediums from Sculpture, Printmaking, Artist Book and Installation. He exhibits and sells his work Nationally and Internationally.
