Supporting individuals in living fulfilling and connected lives is at the heart of The Guild's mission. Join us as we welcome Theresa Barlow from Guild Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with mental health challenges and intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive. Theresa will share how Guild provides innovative services, personalized support, and pathways to independence for those they serve throughout our community.

Join us for a special Rotary meeting at the Eagan Civic Arena, one of the city's premier recreational facilities and a hub for community activity. We'll enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the arena, learn about its operations, programs, and impact on the community, and hear how this facility serves thousands of residents through youth and adult sports, public skating, tournaments, and special events. And as a fun bonus, we'll even get the chance to try out the arena's bumper cars on ice! This is a great opportunity to gain insight into a valued community asset while enjoying fellowship with fellow Rotarians.

Our guest speaker, Shawn Monroe from TreeHouse, will lead an interactive budgeting simulation that challenges participants to make ends meet with limited monthly income. Through this hands-on activity, members will gain a deeper understanding of the obstacles families face and explore how community organizations can make a meaningful difference.  TreeHouse is a Minnesota-based nonprofit that equips and empowers teens to build resilience, develop life skills, and thrive through mentoring, support, and practical life preparation.

Steve Eckhouse and Dan Reed will share their remarkable kidney donation story and the life-changing impact of organ donation. Through their personal experiences, they'll discuss the challenges, emotions, and incredible generosity involved in the donation process, as well as the lasting connections that can result from this gift of life. Their inspiring story highlights the power of compassion, community, and the difference one person can make in the life of another.

Join us as we welcome Rachael Rich, Community Engagement and Events Coordinator at the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) and Master of Public Health, as she shares how NMDP connects patients with marrow and stem cell donors, supports families through the transplant journey, and helps save lives every day.
